Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Paninis

 


Stretchy, yummy Tillamook Farmstyle Thick Cut Cheddar Cheese Shreds are the star of this panini, served sandwiched between two slices of rustic bread alongside rotisserie chicken breast and broccoli. We love this classic flavor combo for its ability to please a crowd; even the pickiest eaters will be reaching for more!

INGREDIENTS
slices thin, rustic bread
2 tbsp. Tillamook Unsalted Butter

(8-oz.) bag Tillamook Farmstyle Thick Cut Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1 c. roughly chopped thawed frozen broccoli
rotisserie chicken breast, off the bone and thinly sliced
DIRECTIONS
  1. Arrange bread on a work surface and spread top side of each slice with butter. 
  2. Heat a skillet over medium. Add two of the buttered slices of bread, butter side down and top each with ½ cup of Tillamook Farmstyle Thick Cut Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Top one of the slices evenly with ½ cup of the broccoli and half of the chicken. Cook until bread is golden and cheese is melted, 3 to 5 minutes. Close the sandwich, flipping the slice of bread with just cheese over top of the other slice. Continue to cook until cheese is melty, about 30 seconds more. Repeat with the remaining buttered bread, Tillamook Farmstyle Thick Cut Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, broccoli, and chicken, wiping skillet clean if necessary.
  3. Slice sandwich in half and serve.
